District Bicycle Company offers a 30 day return or exchange policy for any items that are unused and in original packaging and have a purchase record. If no purchase record is available in store credit can be issued. Any returns of new product completed after 30 days of purchase will be assessed a restocking fee. 

Any warranty issues will be dealt with through appropriate channels according to manufacturer’s policy. 

All Bikes, Sale Items, Under Garments and Helmets are Final Sale and CANNOT be refunded.
